Wildlife Tour →May–June is optimal for birdwatching — breeding season in the Delta, maximum bird activity. Bear watching is excellent April–October. Absolutely. Our guides cater for all experience levels from complete beginners to experienced wildlife observers. We provide binoculars and field guides on request. Many guests have never done a wildlife tour before — and leave completely converted.
Budget airlines (Ryanair, Wizz Air) serve Bucharest OTP from most European cities. Brașov (for bear watching) is 2.5 hours by train from Bucharest. Tulcea (for Delta tours) is 3.5 hours by road. We can arrange airport transfers for groups.
