1. General Provisions
These terms apply to all travel services offered by S.C. IBIS S.R.L. (VAT: RO7115695, Trade Reg.: J36/103/1995), registered at Maliuc, Tulcea County, Romania.
2. Booking & Contract
The contract is concluded upon confirmation and payment of the deposit. Pre-contractual information is provided per OG 2/2018 (EU Directive 2015/2302).
3. Prices & Payments
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- Deposit: 30% of the total price, due at booking.
- Balance: remaining amount due at least 60 days before departure.
- Payment: bank transfer in EUR.
4. Cancellation by the Traveller
- Cancellation > 60 days before: deposit retained, minus €50 admin fee.
- Cancellation 30–60 days: 50% of total retained.
- Cancellation < 30 days: 100% retained (no refund).
Transfer of booking to another person is possible at least 7 days before departure (Art. 10, OG 2/2018).
5. Cancellation by the Organiser
The Organiser may modify itineraries for objective reasons (weather, water levels, wildlife). In case of cancellation, the traveller may choose an equivalent alternative or a full refund (Art. 12–13, OG 2/2018).
6. Force Majeure
Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances: contract may be terminated without penalties (Art. 12(2), OG 2/2018).
7. Organiser's Responsibility
The Organiser is responsible for the proper performance of the travel package per OG 2/2018. Maintains civil liability insurance and insolvency guarantee.
8. Health & Participation
Travellers must be physically fit. The Organiser may exclude participants for safety reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content is the property of S.C. IBIS S.R.L. and protected by copyright law.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved amicably. Romanian courts have jurisdiction. Travellers may use the EU ODR platform or ADR (ANPC).
12. Governing Law
Governed by Romanian law: OG 2/2018, OG 34/2014, Romanian Civil Code.
