The floating hotel accommodates 9 to 20 guests on an exclusive charter. For smaller groups of 4–8 people, a partial charter or a custom slow-boat programme without overnight can be arranged — contact us to discuss options.
All charters include: exclusive use of the entire vessel and all 10 cabins, full board (all meals), all motorboat excursions, a dedicated expert naturalist guide, Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve entry permits, and a fully customised itinerary. Transfers, drinks, and extensions are optional add-ons.
Yes — completely. Private charters are designed around your group's priorities. We'll ask about your target species or interests, experience level, dietary needs, and any special requests, then design the daily schedule accordingly. The guide adapts in real-time throughout the trip based on conditions and sightings.
For peak season (May–June), we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance — there is only one floating hotel and availability in those months fills early. For other periods, 3–6 months is generally sufficient. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.
